How long is shipping?

All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days from purchase date.  Processing time does vary based on volume of sales.  If you need your order sooner please send an email at subiraboutique@gmail.com and we can see if we can accommodate your request.

*PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MAILING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT (INCLUDING ZIP CODE AND ANY APT/SUITE/UNIT #S).  SUBIRA WILL NOT COVER ANY PACKAGES RETURNED FROM INVALID/INCORRECT ADDRESSES.

*OUR TIMELINE LISTED ABOVE IS BASED ON STANDARD DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND CAN BE AFFECTED BY HOLIDAYS AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS WEATHER, ETC.  WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE ANY ISSUES IMMEDIATELY AND APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING. 


Return/Exchange

Subira wants our customers to love their purchase.  If you are not satisfied you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the purchase date receiving it for a store credit.  Item(s) must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.  

How to return your item

  1. To expedite your request, please only enter the following information in the subject of your email: the type of transaction and order number. (For example: Return Request- Order # 1111)
  2. In the body of the email, please tell us the Reason for return.
  3. In the body of the email, please also tell us what we could have done to improve this purchase for you.

When sending an item back to our office, we recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number.  Subira is not responsible for any packages in transit to our office.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the return item has been approved or rejected.  We do reserve the right to deny a refund based on the return condition of the item does not match the criteria stated above.  Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.  Thank you!

What type of shipping do you use?

We use USPS First Class/Priority Mail and FedEx.  You will receive an email with your tracking number.  


Not responsible for lost packages.


All domestic orders come with a $50 insurance.
